As an owner-managed company, Lantal has been strongly anchored in Oberaargau since 1886 and at the same time active in all regions of the world. We are united by a corporate culture that has grown and been passed on over generations, based on values: Honesty, respect, trust, positive thinking and fore-sight. We cultivate an appreciative, team-oriented approach and want to continuously improve and further develop ourselves. Who are we looking for?

The jobs at Lantal are as diverse as our employees. Of course we employ textile specialists, but also aviation specialists, people in technical functions with industrial experience, in sales, purchasing, quality management and many other areas. Lantal is not only looking for specialists, we also offer exciting and interesting tasks to graduates, young professionals and apprentices. Every year, Lantal itself trains around 19 apprentices in six professions in order to attract junior staff. The training of our employees is important to us, which is why we invest a lot of time and money in training.
